We are working hard toward the use of Environmentally Safe Lacquers (E.S.L.'s) and waterborne stains on all of our products. You may be wondering how this will affect your wine rack's appearance. The answer is... It wont. Water based products soak deep into the wood for a rich color and the clear lacquer is just enough to make the grain really stand out. The best part is that you can order a stained rack guilt free. Being water based, it requires no harsh solvents for thinning or cleanup. We are happy to be using these products and think that you will be happy with the results.
