Shortly thereafter they created DiscountWineCellars.com The site is dedicated to those people wanting to store their wines in high quality environments at great values. We have added a significant amount of products over the years and today we are recognized as leaders in the wine cellar design and manufacture. Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our concern. We know that we need you to be satisfied in order for us to prosper. We offer quite simply the best satisfaction guarantee.

If you are unhappy for any reason with our product and you are the original purchaser you can turn it for a full refund. You must without exception return the item prepaid. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20 percent handling and restocking fee.

Exceptions to this policy are:
Charges for extra services (such as staining or lacquering) or custom items are not refundable for any reason.


Shipping Costs:
Our offer of Free Shipping only applies to select items going to destinations within the continental United States.


On-Time Shipping Guarantee:
Discount Wine Cellars tries to ship on time, all the time. However despite all our efforts, sometimes a product can be late shipping. We want all our customers to feel confident that our goal is to ship every order on time, every time. For this reason, we are offering our customers an "On-Time Shipment Guarantee". If for any reason we do not ship a product 14 days or less after the posted shipment date, the customer may request a one time 15% discount on the sale price of the late shipping product. If the customer's credit card has not been charged at the time of the requested discount, we will charge the credit card less the discount. If the credit card has already been charged, we will refund the 15% discount.

Exception to this policy are:
Any products custom made, altered, stained or lacquered.


Low Price Guarantee:
You can be confident that you are paying the lowest price for your products on DiscountWineCellar.com If within 30 days of purchasing your product, you find the exact same product elsewhere for less, we will refund the difference to you. You must provide us proof that you can the purchase. Such proof might be a receipt , mailer or web site.

Returning an item:

You must obtain a RMA number prior to shipping it back.
